ORDERS
For orders placed online, inMedina.com accepts Visa or MasterCard. Credit card bank authorizations will be
obtained upon order placement.
  
When do we charge your card?
Orders scheduled to be shipped within one week of order placement are not charged to your card until your order ships.
Purchases having long lead times, such as furniture, are charged in two instalments: 50% upon order acceptance, and the balance
when your merchandise is ready to be delivered. ( NOT APPLIED ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS )

SHIPPING POLICY
All Items are ship by truck and therefore have a separate schedule of fees. The dollar amount used to calculate the cost of
delivering furniture is based on the size and the weight of the selected products. If your purchase includes both furniture
and general accessory products, the cost of shipping each group will be computed separately. For more information

Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction with our products is guaranteed! General merchandise items may be returned or exchanged in their
original packaging within 10 days of receipt.
inMedina.com will not refund the shipping charges for returned items nor pay for the shipping of returned
items unless the items delivered were either not what you ordered or arrived damaged. In these cases, you must contact us
immediately upon receipt and we will arrange for a pickup of the goods.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
If you wish to make a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at inMedina@inMedina.com and obtain an RMA
(Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Our store will only be able to accept return packages clearly marked with an RMA
number.
- 2. Pack and seal your return security in its original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Packages must be returned postage paid. We also recommend that you insure all packages since otherwise you will be responsible
for any damage during the return shipment.
- Ship the product to us, insured, postage paid.
